Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence. Here's everything you need to know about returns.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- ✓ Return initiated within 48 hours of delivery
- ✓ Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- ✓ Jersey is in original condition with all tags attached
- ✓ No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
Customized Jerseys
Jerseys with a custom name and/or number are eligible for return as long as all standard return conditions are met. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover customization and handling costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- ✕ Items returned after the 48-hour window
- ✕ Jerseys without original tags
- ✕ Jerseys that have been worn, washed, or altered
- ✕ Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether it's been approved or rejected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Goal Haus is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Goal Haus is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping provider. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jersey arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
