Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • Processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods or promotions

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans your package.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Goal Haus is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping provider. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

  • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order
  • Make sure packages are delivered to a secure location
  • Use your tracking number to monitor delivery progress

Incorrect Address

Goal Haus is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Goal Haus is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For packages lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

⚠️ If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors, your mailroom, or your local post office before contacting us.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to an error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and we'll work with you to resolve it.
